The convention scheduled for April 12th and 13th has been changed. We will be holding an emergency state meeting for all members on April 12th in Casper, a meeting spot has yet to be determined. There will be no fee for this meeting.
We will be discussing some issues that determine our future growth as local chapters and as a state. Your state board is inviting every single member in your chapters to come to this with ideas for the success of our Great State of Wyoming Jaycees.
President Viki or myself (Liz) will be in touch with all local presidents and or local representatives with all the details as we get them set by Friday, March 28th so you can make arrangements.
Again this is a one day meeting with no fee assosiated with it, lunch will be on your own as well as a place to stay if you so choose. We apologize for any inconvience this may have caused.
