FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Our next state meeting will be held on Saturday, April 18th in Casper, Wyoming

Rate: $70 per night A block of 20 rooms has been reserved under the group name “Jaycees Wyoming” and will be released if not booked by April 10th. Please call the hotel as soon as possible to reserve your rooms (you can always cancel a couple days before if you find out you don’t need them).
MEETING INFORMATION: The meeting will be held at the Ramkota in the Theatre. There will be a charge of $75.00. Tentative Agenda 9:00 AM – Noon General Membership Meeting Noon – 1:30 PM Lunch 1:30 PM– 3:00 PM Training 3:15 PM – 4:30 PM Training 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM Time on your own 6:00 PM Entertainment @ Remington’s “COOKING WITH MARGE”
7:00 PM Dinner @ Remington’s 8:00 PM Awards/Recognition @ Remington’s Entertainment, dinner and awards/recognition will be held at Remington’s at the Best Western (we were not able to get Poor Boys as the owner has the banquet room booked for that night). Entertainment will be provided by “Cooking With Marge”. The charge for her services is $100.00. To cover the cost of the meeting room and the entertainment we are asking that each person attending the meeting and dinner pay $10.00 each. This will cover the costs as well as any additional charges incurred by the state for this meeting. Please contact me at your earliest convenience whether you plan on attending so I can give the restaurant an idea the week prior how many people we will have attending.
